2. Description of Service

AI Bradaa is an AI-powered tech recommendation platform that helps users find suitable laptops and (in the future) other tech products. Our service includes:

• AI-powered chat recommendations via Table 84
• Laptop matching and comparison tools
• Price tracking and alerts
• Market intelligence and trends

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

4. Subscriptions & Payments

AI Bradaa offers free and paid tiers:

• Free (Teh O Ais): RM0 - No payment required
• Pro (Teh Tarik): RM15/month or RM99 lifetime
• Ultimate (Musang King): RM39.99/month

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds may be granted within 7 days of payment for first-time subscribers only.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Scrape data or reverse-engineer our AI
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated bots to access the service (except approved APIs)
• Post harmful, abusive, or offensive content

6. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

Important: AI Bradaa provides recommendations based on available data and AI analysis. These are suggestions, not guarantees. We do not:

• Guarantee the accuracy of product specifications
• Take responsibility for purchasing decisions you make
• Guarantee prices will remain the same after you check
• Endorse any specific retailer or brand

Always verify product details with official sources before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on AI Bradaa belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., chat messages) but grant us a license to use anonymized data for service improvement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Bradaa is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party actions or products

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time via profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will notify you via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
